The Teen Center: Mtg U where UR@
The Teen Center opened in March of 2011. Teens in good standing at Illini West High School came to the Teen Center on Mondays after school to eat snacks, play air hockey, ping pong, board games, cards, get help with homework and/or shop for clothing. In April, optional special activities, such as guitar lessons & Bible study, were added.
Teens have been saying:
- "We had a blast!"
- "The Teen Center is a lot of fun."
- "We felt that we were welcome."
- "The adult volunteers wanted to be at the Teen Center and were also having fun."

(on days school is in session)- 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Free Snacks & Drinks
- Your Choice of Activities:
- Air Hockey
- Pool
- Ping Pong
- Darts
- Card Games (such as Poker)
- Board Games
- Guitar Lessons
- Bible Study
- Chat Room Counseling
- Help with homework
- Computers
- Shop for clothing
- Get free food to take home
- and much, much more.

your suggestion (or leave your name and idea on the answering machine).
