TSFS News -
(To read the news stories, click on the underlined links)- Community Foundation of the Quincy Area has awarded TSFS a grant of $365.00 to be used for the "Increase of Freezer Space." TSFS received notification of this grant on November 3rd and the freezer has been purchased. Additional freezer space was needed to hold frozen food donated by Midwest Food Bank of Peoria and River Bend Foodbank of Moline.
TSFS gives out free food.- On November 29, 2011, Keokuk Area Community Foundation awarded TSFS a grant of $6,000 to re-roof the TSFS garage. The roofing materials have arrived and the work will begin as soon as the roofers are available. Thank you, Keokuk Area Community Foundation!
