TSFS "Facelift"
TSFS was blessed beyond measure by the Jim Printy family with the gift of our facility. It has enabled us to expand our services and we are utilizing every square inch. However, the exterior needed a facelift (see photos below). One family is donating $10,000 toward these projects. Another gentleman, George Link, without knowing of the $10,000 donated, said he would be willing to do the labor for free and to recruit volunteers to help him. (God at work!) The Board of Directors has estimated $40,000 for the materials needed for the TSFS facelift including replacing upstairs windows, insulating exterior walls, new siding, and a new metal roof.
As of May 10th, 2012, the upstairs windows have been replaced, the exterior walls have been insulated, the new siding has been started, and the metal roofing has been delivered to the site. Almost $20,000 has been donated and expenses have been lower than estimated, but additional funds are needed to finish paying for the materials and to do some interior remodeling necessary due to the changes in the windows.
