Counseling Offered
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Debbie Hunt and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Lincoln Christian Seminary in May of 2009 and received my license to practice in the state of IL in November of that same year. I work for New Hope Counseling, La Harpe, IL. I have been a volunteer with Tri-State Family Services for 15 years and believe strongly in their ministry. Recently I attended the American Association of Christian Counselors World Conference in Nashville, TN. As a result of my attending that conference I have some new resources and services I would like to offer. I am willing to work with people individually or in a group setting. Below I have provided a list of topics you might be interested in. Dates, times and fees for these sessions will depend on the needs of the participants. - In Their Own Words-A Sexual Abuse Workbook for Teenage Girls- workbook cost $11.00- 10 lessons to be completed in 6 sessions
- Emotionally Destructive Relationships- book cost $10.00- 12 lessons
- Other topics available include: anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, marital problems
